By accessing and using Spandha, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

User Eligibility

To use Spandha, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable laws
• Create a profile for the sole purpose of finding a marriage partner for yourself, or on behalf of a relative with their consent

Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Spandha requires identity verification (such as NIC upload) to maintain a trusted environment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

User Conduct and Content

When using Spandha, you agree not to:

• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Use the platform for any purpose other than finding a marriage partner
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share other users' private information without their consent
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

Premium Services and Payments

Certain features on Spandha are available only to Premium members. Payments for premium memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Spandha reserves the right to modify the pricing and features of premium plans at any time.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

While we verify user identities through our NIC verification process, Spandha does not guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by users, nor do we guarantee successful matchmaking. You agree to use the service at your own risk and exercise caution when interacting with other users.
